I know what it’s like to struggle with your weight, before even having 2 kids and turning 40.  So if I can get healthy, fit and slim, then so can you, and I’m going to help you do it!

  1. Healthy comes first: because without that what’s the point?  You can still get ill, or die before your time.  So the healthier you are the more likely you are to see your grandchildren running around.
  2. Fit comes next: because there’s no point in looking fabulous without being able to run around with your grand children.
