I’m no parenting expert, you know that – I’m basically someone who has been fascinated by human behaviour and health all my life.
But there are a few things about kids that I’ve picked up since being a mum, so I’m going to list them here for you incase they are of help.
As always, the thing about parenting is that we all have different set ups, different kids, different environments etc. So no one option will work for all. But perhaps there will be something here that will work for you too.
If not, you are always welcome to ask, I might have ideas for adapting them to your life!
