I’m so infuriated with the rubbish, fads, fear mongering and lack of information in the media at the moment, that I’ve decided to write a full book on how to get Healthy, Fit and Slim.

You don’t have to aim to look like a Celebrity


All you need is a bit of Knowledge and your Heart and Mind Set on your goal


I know what it’s like to struggle with your weight, before even having 2 kids and turning 40.

So if I can get healthy, fit and strong (they are different things!), then so can you, and I’m going to help you do it.


1) Healthy comes first:

Because without that what’s the point?  You can still get ill, or die before your time.  So the healthier you are the more likely you are to see your grandchildren running around?

2) Fit comes next:

Because there’s no point in looking fabulous without being able to run around with your grand children?

3) Strong comes last:

Because this will help you to be slim and toned and feel comfortable in your clothes and yourself
