During 2011 I wrote 12 months worth of weight loss tips covering everything that you need to know in order to succeed and lose weight easily and healthily.
This is not about ridiculous diets or quick weight loss or bootcamps.
This is about weight loss for a busy Mum, who wants to be Healthier, Fitter, Slimmer and maybe a touch sexier, using a balanced and long lasting regime.
But be warned, if you have more than a dress size to lose, then start saving now, because if you follow them you are sooooo going to need some new clothes and warn your husband, because you’re going to look hot! It’s going to be FUN!
Plus let you friends know about it, don’t keep it a secret from other people who might need a dash of help too.
