Scare yourself a little as often as you can

Something I’ve seen a lot is that if we don’t keep pushing our limits or even keeping our limits at the current level, then our horizons start to shrink and we start to limit ourselves terribly.

I’ve been there – scared of parking in a multi-storey car park, or suddenly realising I haven’t done a long journey in years, or nervous about going to a networking event and meeting new people!

I’m not even talking about something huge like jumping out of a helicopter.  But then for you, going into town might actually BE huge.

So the tip is – keep pushing your boundaries just a little, every week.

NOT so that you can succeed or be wonderful at it.

Purely because you can BE PROUD that you did it!
